Eating with the seasons - Feb 2018
Following on from my trip to Paris last month, I decided to go visit for another week to help the team at Marsalle and also do a two day kitchen stage.
I managed to eat and drink well as always on my trip. One thing i didn't have was an amazing croissant from the best bakery in Paris, as they had sold out. However I discovered an even better place in London that does bacon croissants.
In other news I have finally re designed my business cards with the help of my G.f.
My Technology levels are getting better - see the pictures below of some of my creations over this month, in various projects I have been involved with in and around London.
