Peter went above and beyond to create a fine-dining experience for us, even in my very definitely non-professional kitchen! From the homemade sourdough and roasted yeast butter (it's like spreadable umami!) to the chocolate soufflé with salted caramel sauce and white chocolate ice cream, everything was absolutely perfect and tremendous value.
